Transcribe Google Meet, Teams and Zoom meetings without putting a bot on the call. See who said what, in real time, and chat with Claude about the meeting while it happens.

What it does
Records without a bot
Captures the audio coming out of Windows (the other people's voices) and your microphone. Nobody has to accept an extra guest in the meeting.
Transcribes live
Whisper running on your NVIDIA card. Speech shows up in chat-style bubbles, and the text follows the audio when you replay it.
Knows who spoke
Separates the voices, recognizes people you have already named, reads the speaker's name in Google Meet (Chrome extension) and suggests guests from your calendar.
Chats with Claude
Detailed summary, decisions and tasks, questions to ask right now. Pick the model and the effort, and see the cost of each answer in dollars and reais.

How I build
Your data stays with you
Audio, voice and transcripts are processed on your computer. Only text leaves it, and only when you ask.
Cost in plain sight
Wherever a cloud AI is involved, the app shows token usage and the estimated cost in dollars and reais, on every answer.
How to install
- Download the installer with the button above and run it. It installs only for your user, with no administrator prompt.
- Paste your Claude API key when the app asks. It is used for the chat and for the meeting subject, and stays only on your computer. Without a key, the app still records and transcribes normally.
- With an NVIDIA card, the app offers to download GPU acceleration (1.3 GB, once). Without it, it uses the processor.
- Click record and open your meeting.
Windows warned "Windows protected your PC"
The installer does not have a paid digital signature yet, so SmartScreen shows this warning for any new program. Click More info and then Run anyway.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with Teams and Zoom?
Recording and transcription work with any application, because the app captures the Windows audio. The automatic reading of the speaker's name applies to Google Meet in the browser.
Does it need internet?
Not to record and transcribe. Only the chat with Claude and the automatic meeting subject use the internet.
How much does it cost?
The app is free. The chat uses your Anthropic API key, and the app shows how much each answer used, in tokens, dollars and reais.
Is it allowed to record the meeting?
Recording and transcribing meetings requires the participants' consent (under Brazil's LGPD data protection law). Warn them before you start. The app keeps a reminder in the footer.
Where are my meetings stored?
In the Documentos\JB - Jot Brief folder (Documents). Uninstalling does not delete them.
